On September 26, 2002, Eddie from Ohio gave permission to Diana Hamilton for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Provided that your live show archive is in the spirit of our existing music trading (as in - never for profit), then you have our blessing to include EFO shows that are not part of existing or future live collections issued by the band.
We've checked out your most impressive site, and are flattered to be among your roster of artists.
We thank you for considering us, and hope it's a benefit for everyone involved.

Policy details:
No taping policy on the website, but taping is permitted at most shows (except at venues with no-taping policies, like the Wolf Trap in Virginia.) Their website lists the availability of soundboard patching at all shows, so people wishing to get a SBD patch can plan accordingly.
